Zucchini Herb Casserole

Fantastic! I use a box of all natural flavored rice just to make it easier and I add shrimp. My SUPER picky husband said this was one of his favorite dishes. YAY! Thanks!

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

Loved it! lots of good advice on here, though I think the original is pretty right on, lots of ways to cater to your own tastes. The best thing about these granola bars is that you can sneak healthy things in without your kids/spouse knowing. :)

Awesome! I made this for a party at work and EVERYONE was impressed. And someone on the elevator knew what it was just by seeing it in my bowl I was bringing to my department! Good stuff.
