Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

Reviewed on Sep. 3, 2008 by abickman1
I've made these twice now and both times they turned out great. It is a good idea to mix the melted butter and peanut butter together first to make mixing the rest easier. Also, like other reviewers mentioned, putting the first layer in the fridge for a few minutes helps the chocolate layer set quicker. I also put it back in the fridge after the chocolate is added. Just don't leave it in the freezer too long as the layers will separate when cutting smaller pieces. Awesome quick, inexpensive recipe!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed on Sep. 2, 2008 by Melissa
I love this salsa. I usually serve it as an appetizer when making tacos and taco salad for dinners and I must say by the time I serve dinner no one eats much after filling up on this salsa. Ive never had 1 complaint from anyone who has ever tried this, in fact It always gets rave reviews and many recipe requests! I dont change the recipe at all.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed on Aug. 27, 2008 by joy-of-jesus-smileymom
This was just ok. I am SO glad I did not add the extra salt, but I am blaming my brand of enchilada sauce for making my tortillas soggy. This certainly has kick.
