About me:
I went to culinary school and graduated in 2003. I love to cook, but I love to eat even more. After culinary school, I worked in the wine industry. I was a wine consultant in training for an upscale wine store in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. My boss was crazy so I quit and now work in an office. I received my level 2 sommelier certification with the International Sommelier Guild. I will probably have to move to California if I want to find a wine job.

Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Reviewed on Aug. 8, 2008 by LianaW
This is the most delicious chicken salad I have ever eaten! I ate 3 crossiants of this stuff in one sitting! Too good! Only modifications I made was I used 3 chicken breasts instead of canned (I doubled the recipe), walnuts instead of almonds and added 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. You have gotta try it! It is delicious!

Oreo™ Cookie Cake

Reviewed on Aug. 6, 2008 by doggymom
Made this for dessert for my parents (very small, casual)anniversary party. Used devil's food pudding mix w/3cups of milk as suggested by another reviewer and I used the two full packages of cream cheese and didn't find it too tangy at all. Brought the leftovers (makes aLOT) to work next day and everyone loved it! Will try making w/FF ingredients next time.

Ginger Dipping Sauce

Reviewed on Aug. 5, 2008 by ARCELI6
OK, so we didn't have the blender to properly mix everything, but the flavors of the ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sugar are fantastic! We used the sauce in conjuction with the Chicken Katsu from this site, absolutely amazing! I could see using this sauce w/pot stickers, dumplings, anything that requires a soy based sauce. Fantastic!
